With a Little Help from Our Friends

The changes happening on Earth right now are deeply transformative, and the forces behind these changes are coming from so many directions that it may become difficult to know the nature of what is going on at any given time. The best course is to hold onto the friends, neighbors, and lovers that anchor us in our life. We’ll get by with a little help from our friends! As we do, the future floods the present, reaching a peak as Jupiter and the North Node finish their exact conjunction today, June 3rd, just hours before the Sagittarius Full Moon occurs at 8:11 pm Arizona time.

Much of my last post is still very relevant and an interesting follow up is that Elon Musk’s brain computer chip, Neuralink, was approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration on May 25th, bringing context to Pallas’ recent square with the Lunar Nodes. Few things could express this astrology more literally as it indicates technology will shift human consciousness in unprecedented ways. Interestingly, the summer brings many opportunities for men and women to take a stand against this as Mars, Venus, Mercury, and the Black Moon Lilith will all press up against Pallas over the coming months. It seems the familiar world that we once knew could slip rapidly into the unfamiliar territory of the future. Saturn is doing what he can to hold onto the past as he trines the South Node, but won’t be in a position to win any significant ground until 2026.

While late May brought the power struggles that embroiled the debt-ceiling debacle in the U.S., June brings a more pleasant tone with Venus, Cupido, Neptune, and Ceres stepping into two sixth-harmonic syndromes with Pluto - a mystic rectangle and a kite formation with Pluto at the head - these external forces are at the steering wheel and will advance with or without any great action on our part. The Venus opposition with Pluto shapes the dynamic of both of these syndromes, and there are two interpretations. One is that love experiences can be very powerful and profoundly alter our awareness and understanding of life. The other, darker, expression of this aspect is a powerful opportunity to exert power over people, deluding them through charm, manipulation, and possibly pleasantries. Venus will square Jupiter next week, putting many people in the mood to indulge in such traps. If you surround yourself with people that you truly trust, the coming weeks stand to be deeply pleasant, passionate, grounding, and awakening. Mercury will rub elbows with Uranus Sunday, June 4th, so perhaps a surprising piece of communication will influence some of what plays out.

The intensity experienced this spring fades by mid June as the Nodal grand cross dissipates and Pluto finds the late degrees Capricorn once more in his retrograde now through October 11th. While summertime will slow down a bit, it will also be highly reflective and possibly romantic. Tension picks back up again in early August with a question of allegiance in hand. Take this time to explore which of your friends and family truly resonate with you and your values. It’s also a great time to develop new friendships and relationships with people that you can vibe with on a deep level. Happy June to you all!
